You need to have a cable between calc and computer (usb, serial or another one).
Then download ticonnect or tilp.
Install ticonnect or tilp, launch it, and finally plug the cable.
The program should detect your calculator automatically.
You're ready to transfer what you want from computer to calc or in the other way.
